The stringing Hydraulic Tensioner machine is composed of the main and driven wheels fixed with wheel groove liners arranged in parallel, and two or more wheel groove liners are also fixed on the main and driven wheels. The materials with different friction coefficients are selected to make the wheel groove gasket to make the conductor bear uniform force, avoid the phenomenon of the conductor playing a lantern, protect the conductor and make the tension wheel release the conductor at a uniform speed. At the same time, the weight of the whole machine is reduced, the volume is reduced and the cost is reduced. Each friction wheel uses a hydraulic motor to drive the star gear, which has high transmission efficiency and will not damage the wire due to the setback when the film is stopped and restarted. The friction wheel has a special pad to protect the conductor, which is easy to replace and ensures a service life of up to 1200 working hours.
